I have made a step by step tutorial to register your blog to the search engines. All you have to do is just follow this guide step by step and you will be ready to receive traffic on your site within minutes. After that, all you have to do is keep posting and updating your blog regularly.

How to register your blog in Yandex Webmaster tools.
How to register your blog in DuckDuckGo.
First, log in to Google Search Console using this link.
Now your website URL in the URL prefix section and click Continue.
Now scroll down and in other verification methods select HTML tag. Copy the given meta code and paste it just after <head> in your website code and then click on verify. Verification of your website is complete.
Now go to the sitemaps section and submit a sitemap of your website. Still, one more thing is remaining. If your website or blog is country-specific then you will have to set the target country in search console.
In your search console click on Go to Old version and in Old version of the search console Click on Search Traffic and Select International Targeting.
Click on Country tab and then Tick target users in and Select your preferred country.
Congrats you have successfully registered your website on Google Search Console.
Sign-in into Bing Webmaster tools using your Microsoft Account. If you do not have a Microsoft account you will have to create one.
Enter your website and click on Add.
In verification, methods select option two and copy-paste the code after the <head> section of your website and click on Verify.
On successful verification, you will see a verification successful message like this one in the above image.

In the first section select directory. Enter the URL of your site in the second session and select your preferred country and click on Submit.

Enter the address of your site and click on Add.
Click on the meta tag, copy the code and paste it into the <head> section of your site and then click verify.

In this, you cannot set international targetting because this search engine is primarily for Russians and hence target country will be Russia by default.

Registering your site on DuckDuckGo is the easiest. Visit this link and select Submit a new Bang.
Now add all the info and click on submit. Your site will appear on DuckDuckGo with a week.
Now you have successfully submitted your site to all the major search engines.
