If you don't know to get to see the same quality of premium phones that there used to be its those days then it is because Sony has ended Xperia Z Flagship series. Even today if I get an Xperia Z5 flagship, I am ready to leave my Redmi note 6 Pro and use that lovely phone. Sadly, the best of Sony smartphone series, Xperia Z series is no more.

This event was the base for the technological revolution that happened in India hereafter. Mukesh Ambani owned Reliance Jio 4G service was officially launched all over India and thus begin the technical revolution in India.
Google launched Allo
21st September 2016
The biggest tech giant Google launched its own messaging platform which specializes in features like incognito mode and virtual assistant along with the normal messaging platform.
Google's first phone Pixel was launched
20th October 2016
The Google Pixel series which is well known for its camera and performance was launched on 20th October. Google Pixel was released on this day with a two-year system updates and three-year security update guaranteed.
The essential phone was announced

For those who don't know what is an essential phone, let me do the honors of telling you that it was the first phone to use the concept of the notch,18:9 display and dual camera technology which was adopted by all the Android companies.
PUBG Mobile was launched

Well, Well, Well! Everyone knows the world famous PUBG mobile game which is banned by various colleges in India because of Excessive Gameplay by Indian students. Yup, it's the same world famous game which sent the world to a frenzy. It was initially launched on 8 Feb 2018, now the most played the game on the internet.
Vivo V11 was Launched

Again if you are thinking why is this phone is on the list then you haven't checked out the phone yet. It is the first phone with an in-display fingerprint sensor which is now being used in many upcoming premium phones. The phone wasn't a big hit but the concept very much was and many smartphone companies are adopting this concept.
Google announced Google plus shutdown

The tech giant Google announced the shutdown of Google's social app G+ after a bug in G+ which had been exposing the data of about 500,000 users for about 3 years. The app will totally shut down on March 2019.
Microsoft ends support for Windows phone
10th December 2018
The once popular series of Nokia Lumia phones saw its fall when Microsoft mentioned on the end of support page that Microsoft Lumia phones will no longer be supported. Many Nokia and Windows fans were left to tears.
Google announced Allo shut down
30 December 2018
Google Allo messaging app which was launched on 21st September was announced to shut down on March 2019. The app had blob emoji and virtual assistant services which were hit among users. Long live blob emoji app available on Playstore adds this feature to your phone.
