As every coin has two sides, everything has good and bad sides. The main drawback of upgrading to MIUI 13 is that you cannot use third party themes anymore because third-party themes are not supported officially by MIUI anymore. This means that you get an error message while installing any MIUI theme from outside the Mi themes app.
After updating through MIUI 13 the theme manager doesn't accept 3rd party themes and even MIUI theme editor has stopped working on MIUI 13. So here is a tutorial for applying third party themes on MIUI 13.
First of all download and install My themer app from the below link.

Open My themer app and select the theme which you want to apply from the storage.
Now click on the three-dot menu and select Pick Theme and Apply option.
