How to read deleted messages on WhatsApp

This is the set up which pre-requisite set-up to read SMS.
Download the timeline app from the download section and install it.

Enable Unknown Resources in Settings> Security otherwise, you will not be able to install the app.

Now when you open the app it will ask for notification permissions. Give notification permissions to the app and let the app run in the background. It won't drain much of your battery so you don't have to worry about that. If you think continuously running the app will drain the battery then you check our battery saving and performance guides.
Now whenever someone sends a message and deletes it then all you have to do is open the app and see the WhatsApp notifications. That's it.
