Google has lately released Android Q Developer Preview and everyone is looking to get Android Q features on their device. Unless you own a google pixel phone you won't get be able to taste the Android Q beta for now and after the release of Android Q, you won't get the update for at least for 2 years from now.
Lawnchair launcher is the best launcher which provides features like Android Q and it also provides extra customization options so that you can customize your phone to your heart's content. Nowadays most of the devices come with at least 2GB of ram so you won't have a problem running pixel launcher with full customizations.
Now download Power Shade and install it. It will give you the same look as the Android Oreo Notification panel. Make sure you have unknown resources enabled or else you won't be able to install the app. Now open the app and slide the Slider which reads Slide to Enable. It will ask you to give it permissions for Reading, Writing, and Reading notifications. After which Notification bar will be enabled.

This Volume slider is actually P style volume slider and since in Android Q volume slider nothing is changed you can use this volume slider to get Android Q experience.

You will get to experience an iPhone style notch using this Android P notch app. Many people don't really like notch and prefer to have mobiles without that iPhone styled notch or with Teardrop-shaped notch instead. So I have given a link to both the notch styles, you can choose to your liking.

The last thing needed to make your phone look fully like Android Q is the rounded corners. Most of the phones now come with rounded corners but if your phone doesn't have rounded corners then you will need to install the rounded corners app.
